VSA Capital Advises Anglo African Agriculture on £475,000 Placing

VSA Capital has advised Anglo African Agriculture plc (LSE: AAAP) on the successfully completed placing to raise gross proceeds of £475,000, as announced on 5 September, 2016. The proceeds of the placing will be utilised to satisfy the Anglo African’s creditors and provide the necessary working capital to grow its fully owned food manufacturing and marketing business, Dynamic Intertrade (Pty) Limited.
