VSA Capital (“VSA”), the London headquartered investment bank, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic relationship with Bauhinia Capital Partners (“Bauhinia”), a long established investment bank in Hong Kong. In order to fund the growth of the two businesses, the partnership has raised capital from a Hong Kong based family office.
