VSA Capital advised Equipmake on its successful strategic review and formal sale process resulting in a strategic investment from Caterpillar Inc. combined with a major development agreement to develop electric drivetrain products and solutions across Caterpillar's product range. 

VSA introduced Caterpillar to Equipmake and negotiated on Equipmake's behalf the material terms and conditions of a £5 million convertible loan note strategic investment.
