Simon qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990 and worked in senior Corporate Finance roles at Warburgs and KPMG doing domestic and international buy/sell side M&A, joint ventures and a variety of exits including trade sales, public takeovers and flotations. He has also worked as CFO of a number of businesses (both privately backed and quoted) requiring M&A expertise, including successfully managing two ‘buy and build’ ventures.
